REQUIREMENT
- Revamp the User Interface of the health application keeping target audience in mind i.e. old aged chronic patients.
- Device integration with various fitness devices and applications such as Fitbit, My fitness pal, Nike Fuel, Jawbone up , Withings etc.
- Build a dashboard for clinicians to see and analyze patients’ data and provide personalized care messages.
SOLUTION
- Enhanced the user experience with a better designed health app UI with bigger buttons and other custom features.
- Decoupled the backend and front end using Web API, to populate users data on cross platforms, fitness devices and mobile.
- Built a clinician’s UI to identify users’ subset through filters, criteria, rules and alerts and provide personalized care messages (automated & manual).
- Creating a message bank for each rule that helps to select and generate a custom message.
