• Client had several enquiries from practices around ways to leverage video collaboration platform to provide remote patient consultation.
  • They also wanted a solution that will integrate itself with the practice EMR system and automate the appointment and scheduling part.
  • While the client base was surveyed for the most commonly used EMR, several existing customers who were on Athena were given the priority.



It all started with understanding the needs from Practices. Most of them had to use a manual process where the provider and the patients were called and asked to connect over the remote session. Following use cases were identified to provide enhanced experience.
