- For the non face to face consultation, client required seamless integration of their portal with a HIPAA compliant third party secure video collaboration platform.
- The platform needed to facilitate video consultation between patient and doctor. Video consultation enables the doctor to assess patient's medical marijuana card eligibility.
- It was essential to transfer the medical data of the patient to the video consulting platform, which facilitated a clear perspective of the patient's medical history before the consultation.
SOLUTION
- Single Sign On allows patients to access third party HIPAA compliant video collaboration platform through client’s portal.
- The functionality was implemented for seamless login experience across both platforms.
- Created a web services layer to consume the video collaboration platform’s APIs.
